In opening the new KClinic, we hope to bring to Cheshire, our experience and expertise in an environment of a modern, state-of-the-art surgery, achieving a relaxed and congenial atmosphere, where patients can be offered the full range of dental care.
Very often it is difficult for people working in any organisation or environment to step outside and be able to critique the ‘operation of the system´ and its ability to serve the needs and desires of those being served, hence the huge growth in organisations and individuals engaged in ‘marketing´.
We have certainly spent enough time and effort involved with many companies and experts in trying to do exactly that , but also paying particular attention to those people uniquely placed to advise us of the way forward----- those people are our patients.
We encourage and engender in our practice feedback from everyone visiting, in whatever capacity ,to help us meet the expectations of our clients. It has been this open-minded approach that has allowed our patients to feel the confidence and control necessary to achieve the most positive experience from a visit to the kclinic.
